Eden shiro miso is pure koji fermented North American family farm organic soybeans and rice. It carries forward ages of traditional miso making. Shiro miso is mellow, the sweetest of all Eden misos and the lowest sodium. The main ingredients in shiro miso are koji fermented organic rice and steamed non-GMO, organic whole soybeans. It is best for summer dishes, soup, stew, salad dressing, dips, sauces, marinades and noodle sauces.
