This smooth, nutty gelato is made with plenty of roasted pistachios and a sprinkle of sea salt. It's all the greatness of eating pistachios, with none of the shell admin. Made with Fresh Milk & Cream.

Fresh milk, water, sugar, pistachio paste 6% (pistachio, natural colour: chlorophyll), dextrose, fresh double cream (milk), glucose, skimmed milk powder, maltodextrin, coconut oil (milk), stabilisers (locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), sea salt flakes.

Made in a kitchen that also handles Egg, Sesame, Sulphites, other Nuts and Gluten.

For best before end see base. Store frozen at -18 degrees Celsius or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted
