The largest member of the citrus family, the pomelo is a Southeast Asia favourite. Because of their similar appearance, the fruit is known as the Chinese grapefruit. However, one key difference is the difficulty in getting to the flesh. You‚'ll need to cut them open rather than peel with your fingers, but the sweet flesh is well worth the effort.
