Water, sugar, onion, lemongrass, coconut milk, coconut flakes, colour (plain caramel), red chilli, tamarind paste (water, tamarind), rice bran oil, coriander (2.0%), modified tapioca starch, salt, galangal, dried star anise (1.0%), cinnamon powder, cardamom powder (1.0%), coriander powder (0.5%), makrut lime leaf, ground black pepper, cumin powder, fenugreek powder, acidity regulator (citric acid).
