Ingredients
Gingerbread biscuits (58%): Wheat flour, margarine (non-hydrogenated fats and oils 80% [palm fruit, sunflower seed oil], milk solids [whey powder {cow's milk}], emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids [palm oil], natural butter flavour, natural colour red palm oil concentrate), sugar, water, pasteurised egg, vinegar, raising agent sodium bicarbonate, ginger, cinnamon powder and salt. Icing (41%): Icing sugar, water, reconstituted egg albumin powder (dried egg white, carrier solvent triethyl citrate(, natural colours (copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins, beta-carotene, beetroot red, vegetable carbon( and preservative potassium sorbate. Silver sprinkles (1%): Sugar, wheat starch, maize starch, glucose syrup, gelatin (bovine) and natural aluminium colour.
